Have you seen people playing volleyball on TV or at school, or maybe an older sibling plays, and now you want to try it? Or maybe you played on a rec team once but you’re struggling to overhand serve, and you want to learn how to use three contacts? If so, this program is for you:

Our One U Skills Clinics are the perfect place for 3rd-6th grade girls to learn proper technique for the foundational volleyball skills (pass, set, overhand serve, downball, & hit), so they can have fun & experience success playing the sport! Limited spots available for each clinic.

• is familiar with using all three contacts to rally,
