At Club One and One Beach, we talk a lot about having a Growth Mindset—not only with our players, but with our coaching staff as well!
We believe that the biggest factor in either achieving or limiting our potential is our own effort and mentality. With that in mind, we challenge each other regularly to believe that improvement is always within our reach.
