Club One Alumni News | Week of November 17-23, 2021

It’s been a week of fierce regular season and post-season competition, with multiple Club One alumni earning conference titles and others reaching the end of their fall season. (We’re starting to get really excited to see many of our alumni at our annual Alumni Night Celebration on Tuesday, December 21!!) In the meantime, here are a few highlights from the last week of play:

  • Abby Peterson and Tatum Stall (Utah State) claim a regular season conference championship—the Aggies’ first regular season conference title since 2012
  • Gabby Castronova and the Miners upset the #1 ranked team in the nation to win their third consecutive conference championship
  • Jaden Drollinger (Bridgeport) is named East Coast Conference Setter of the Year
  • Olivia Fairchild and the Pioneers secure a conference championship three-peat, and Olivia is named to the All-Conference 1st Team
  • Audrey Brown (Westmont), Claudia Wilson (Sacramento State), Emma West (Montana State), Erica Ronda (Florida Southern) and Nikasha Patel (MIT) complete their senior seasons and celebrate their collegiate careers

The Aggies win the regular season Mountain West Conference Championship

They will compete in the Mountain West Conference Championship tournament starting Wednesday.

Alyssa is named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District 2nd Team and earns All-Conference Honorable Mention

The Broncos will compete in the Mountain West Conference Championship tournament starting Wednesday

4 kills vs. #4 BYU on November 20

1 kill vs. San Francisco on November 23

The Gaels conclude the 2021 season with an overall record of 15-12 and a conference record of 9-9

4 kills, 2 blocks, and 1 dig vs. Oregon Tech on November 20 (NAIA Tournament Opening Round)

The Warriors conclude the 2021 season with an overall record of 20-11 and a conference record of 14-4

11 kills, 1 block, and 1 dig vs. Hawai’i on November 19

29 assists, 1 ace, and 16 digs at Dominican (Calif.) on November 18

3 kills, 31 assists, and 14 digs at Holy Names on November 20

The Sunbirds conclude the 2021 season with an overall record of 8-22 and a conference record of 5-15

8 kills, 5 blocks, and 6 digs vs. Arkansas State on November 18 (Sunbelt Conference Championship)

7 kills and 4 digs vs. South Alabama on November 19 (Sunbelt Conference Championship)

The Panthers conclude the 2021 season with an overall record of 8-20 and a conference record of 4-12

The Hornets conclude the 2021 season with an overall record of 16-12 and a conference record of 10-6

Claudia will return to AZ to coach with Club One while she finishes her degree

The Lady Hawks conclude the 2021 season with an overall record of 17-15 and a conference record of 10-6

The Bobcats conclude the 2021 season with an overall record of 15-14 and a conference record of 10-6

The Mocs conclude the 2021 season with an overall record of 15-12 and a conference record of 11-9

The Miners are Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Champions for the third consecutive year

They are ranked #8 in this week’s AVCA Division II Coaches Top 25 Poll and will compete in the 2021 NCAA Division II Women’s Volleyball Championship starting next Thursday

The Purple Knights conclude the 2021 season with an overall record of 18-10 and a conference record of 9-3

The Jumbos conclude the 2021 season with an overall record of 21-6 and a conference record of 8-2

The Crimson Storm conclude the 2021 season with an overall record of 11-16 and a conference record of 5-12

The ‘Swords hold at #24 in this week’s AVCA Division II Coaches Top 25 Poll and will compete in the 2021 NCAA Division II Women’s Volleyball Championship starting next Thursday

The Argonauts are Gulf South Conference Champions

They jumped two spots to land at #5 in this week’s AVCA Division II Coaches Top 25 Poll and will compete in the 2021 NCAA Division II Women’s Volleyball Championship starting next Thursday

The Bulldogs win their Opening Round match of the 2021 NAIA Women’s Volleyball Championship and will compete in pool play starting next Tuesday

The Buccaneers conclude the 2021 season with an overall record of 18-7 and a conference record of 15-3
