One Beach 2022-23 Season Dates:
- Fall Schedule: September 7/8 (varies) – October 26/27 (varies) 2022 | Proposed Practice Schedule
- Winter Schedule: November 2022 – February 2023 | Proposed Practice Schedule
- Spring Schedule: February 14 – April 27, 2023 (off March 14 and March 16) | Proposed Practice Schedule
- Summer Schedule: May (varies) – June 28/29/30, 2023 (off May 29) | Proposed Practice Schedule

- No partner required
- Commitments are renewed or paused on a seasonal basis throughout the One Beach 2022-23 season

Training Groups
Summer Training Groups
18-Black Group | SIGN UP FOR TRYOUTS
- Two sessions this summer (PM vs. AM):
- May 1 – June 1 (off May 29) | Train 5:30-7:00PM
- June 5-30 | Train 6:00-7:30AM
- Trains 2-3x/week
- Tryouts will take place on Friday, April 28
- Athletes should attend an Open Sand Eval prior to tryouts if they have not trained with One Beach this spring or last fall
14-Tempe Group | FULL DETAILS & SIGN UP HERE
- May 15 – June 29 (off May 29)
- 20 spots available, grades 6-8
- Trains 2x/week | M/Th 7:00-8:30pm
- Athletes should attend an Open Sand Eval prior to signing up if they have not trained with One Beach this spring or last fall
14-Gilbert Group | FULL DETAILS & SIGN UP HERE
- May 17 – June 29
- 30 spots available, grades 6-8
- Trains 2x/week | W/Th 7:00-8:30pm
- Athletes should attend an Open Sand Eval prior to signing up if they have not trained with One Beach this spring or last fall
Futures 4v4 Group | FULL DETAILS & SIGN UP HERE
- May 15 – June 28 (off May 29)
- Open to grades 4-6
- Trains 1-2x/week | M/W 7:15-8:30pm
- Athletes should attend an Open Sand Eval prior to signing up if they have not trained with One Beach this spring or last fall
