Summer Volleyball Reps | Indoor

WHO: Rising 7th-10th grade girls who played on a club team this season but are not continuing through the summer | Your club season might be over, but there are still opportunities this summer to receive excellent coaching, work quality reps, and practice game-like application of foundational volleyball skills!
WHAT: Be challenged by an organized practice plan led by Club One Coach Micah and Staff:
- Advance your skills with each night’s specific training focus
- Serve & Pass every session
- Offense focus on Tuesdays
- Defense focus on Thursdays
- Learn and practice new techniques
- Make corrections based on positive, constructive feedback
- Compete in game-like drills every night
- Limited spots available!
WHEN: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6:00-7:30pm, June 4-25 (7 sessions total)
