Small Group Training

$30- Designed for Experienced and Select level club athletes. Grades 7th-9th must have at least 2 years club experience; grades 9th-12th must have a minimum of 3 years club experience. (Experienced 6th graders may attend the 7th-9th sessions with special permission.)
