One U Winter Series #1 | Indoor

Our One U program is the perfect place for your athlete to learn proper technique for the foundational volleyball skills, so they can have fun & experience success playing the sport!

Our experienced club coaches teach the athletes proper form & execution AND give them modified game play experience so they can practice their new skills. Perfect for athletes new to the sport or with some YMCA-level experience.

Designed for:

• Beginner level athletes |  Girls 3rd-6th grade

Series Dates:

• Thursdays | January 7, 14, 21, 28 | 7:00-8:15pm (1.25 hrs)
  • Week One: Pass & Set
  • Week Two: Serve & Pass
  • Week Three: Set & Hit
  • Week Four: Volleyball Rules
