Our coaches will be on the following flights:

We have held enough seats for chaperones to fly in this group as well. If you will be chaperoning USAV Nationals for your team, please let us know ASAP if you will plan to fly with the coaches so we can lock in your seat.

We were not able to book a parent block. However, parents may use the Tournament Housing site to book rooms if you would like.

Please note: Patriot Division Hotels are 2.7+ miles  from the playing venue.  Once a bid is earned, we can explore hotels that are closer, but most likely will stay with our reservations at the Hyatt Regency, since selection is slim and we’d like the teams to all be together.

FINAL DETAILS

• As you plan your travel, please make sure your athlete will arrive at the Team Hotel by the evening of July 2. Communicate with your coaches and chaperones re: travel itinerary.
• Flight Departures on Thursday, July 6 must be after 5:30pm to ensure all players will be present should the team have multiple/later matches on the last day.
