Club Athletes:
As you’re waiting for club season to start, we’re offering some great opportunities for you to receive excellent coaching, work quality reps, and practice game-like application of essential volleyball skills!
Each Club One Train & Play session has two parts:
- TRAIN: Our experienced club coaches help athletes advance and execute their volleyball skills via 45-minutes of technical stations in offense, defense, serving, and serve-receive
- PLAY: Athletes practice applying those skills in 45-minutes of competitive game play, which will include position-specific opportunities
WHO: 13U-18U* athletes with club experience
*HS athletes may only attend if they are NOT currently participating on an AIA team
