Our One U program is the perfect place for your athlete to learn proper technique for the foundational volleyball skills (pass, set, overhand serve, & hit), so they can have fun & experience success playing the sport!
Each week of a One U Train & Play event has two parts:
- TRAIN on Tuesday: Our experienced club coaches teach athletes proper form & technique for just 1-2 of the foundational volleyball skills.
- PLAY on Thursday: Athletes practice those skills and are introduced to decision-making scenarios in a variety of coach-facilitated games!
Designed for:
- 4th-9th grade girls & boys (2023-24 school year) | Beginner level
- Beginner level = experience playing YMCA/Rec volleyball OR has never played before
