Our One U program is the perfect place for your athlete to learn proper technique for the foundational volleyball skills, so they can have fun & experience success playing the sport!
During a One U Skills Clinic, our experienced club coaches train the athletes in proper form & technique for just 1-2 of the foundational volleyball skills. Athletes are also introduced to decision-making scenarios so they are better prepared to execute these skills in the random environment of a game.
