One U Fall League Evaluation (2 of 2) | Indoor

Mark your calendar for these two mandatory evaluation dates (athletes must attend both dates in order to participate in the league):
- Tuesday, August 22 | 6:15-7:15pm
- Thursday, August 24 | 6:15-7:15pm
Our One U program is the perfect place for your athlete to learn proper technique for the foundational volleyball skills (pass, set, overhand serve, & hit), so they can have fun & experience success playing the sport! During our One U Fall League, athletes will practice playing volleyball using three contacts per rally (pass, set, hit) and will learn a basic rotation + positioning on the court.

- Designed for: 4th-10th grade girls & 4th-8th grade boys (2023-24 school year) | Beginner level
- Beginner level = Experience playing YMCA/Rec volleyball OR has never played before

- Teams: 10-14 players per team, based on age (4th-6th / 7th-10th) and initial skill evaluation. 4th-6th grade teams will practice & play with Volley Lite balls.
- Schedule (after evaluation dates): Tuesday practices & Thursday games (August 29 – September 21) | 6:15-7:15pm
