Team Hotel: Courtyard Marriott South, 5845 Dean Martin Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89118

Arrival Day: Thursday, June 3

Tournament Play: Friday, June 4 – Sunday, June 6

Player transportation between Phx and Las Vegas is not provided.

Families are responsible to get their players to and from Phoenix/Las Vegas, and have them at the team hotel between 5-8pm on Thursday, June 3.

Please communicate with your Coaches and Chaperones regarding your arrival time.  Players will have a pre-tournament team meeting with their coaching staff the evening of June 3, at which point each player will be in the charge of COV/Team Staff for the weekend. Please be in communication with your coach regarding any team-specific activities, and plan your travel accordingly.

Coaches/Chaperones will be in touch regarding meal planning and food money needed for your players.  Please watch for information from them as they work on those logistics.  The Courtyard offers a modified breakfast (due to Covid), and is walking distance form the Mandalay Bay.  All other meals will need to be planned for and purchased.

Once all play and reffing assignments are complete on Sunday, June 6, players will be released to their parent/guardian for transport back to Phx.

Please stay tuned for updated Spectator Information.  Currently (5/21), SCVA/Las Vegas is allowing 40 total people per team, including players and staff.

Parent Hotel Info: We have filled all of our housing requirements with the 7 attending teams, and have no extra rooms allotted for parents in our Club One room block at the Courtyard.  Please feel free to book your own (Parent) rooms wherever you would like. 🙂
