Note From Crossroads: (Update 3/30)

“We just got some GREAT news from the state of Colorado!  The state gave Crossroads a waiver to have more attendees in May.  This allows us to have some Guests/parents.  HOORAY!!!

To make the new categories and capacities work, we have to move two divisions from the first weekend in May (May 7-9 for ages 15s, 16s and 17s) to the second weekend in May (May 14-16).

This will even out the number of courts and teams for each weekend and make it possible for us to have at least 1 Guest per player. (We are hoping that we might be able to increase to 2 Guests per player before the tournament, although that is a “maybe” right now.)  At least we’ll be able to have 1 per player – far, far better than no Guests at all.

To accomplish this, we are moving the 15 American and 15 USA divisions from May 7-9 to May 14-16.  So the first weekend in May will be for teams in 15 Open, 16s and 17s.  The second weekend in May will be for teams in 15 USA, 15 American, 14s, 13s, 12s and 11s.

We understand this change may cause problems for some teams.  We have procedures in place to make this transition as seamless as possible.

·       THS will help you get new hotel reservations

• Each team being moved (15 USA and 15 American) has until Friday, April 2 by 2 pm MDT to cancel its entire team registration and hotel reservations without penalty if you can’t play on May 14-16 instead of May 7-9
• You must let both Crossroads and THS know if you cancel; the cancellation must be in writing from the person who originally registered the team.

THS is standing by to help teams get new hotel accommodations for the new weekend and will be contacting teams that choose to change to the new weekend.

• We urge teams not to just cancel their hotel reservations online; we will not guarantee a full refund if you do that.

Whether you decide to cancel or rebook for the new dates, please be on the lookout for an email from THS with further hotel instructions.

We appreciate your understanding and patience while we work through the logistics of the event in this time of COVID, and we cannot wait to see you in Denver!
