Club One offers Competitive Clinics for Experienced and Select level athletes to advance their skills with high-quality reps and excellent coaching!
Each session is led by one of our Platinum or Gold level club coaches in those age groups, with specific areas of focus according to their expertise.
As a special bonus this month, we have built in 30 minutes of Sports Performance Training before each session, allowing athletes to experience volleyball-specific strength and agility training led by the Court One training staff.

- Experienced and Select level athletes | 11U-14U
- Athletes will be grouped onto courts according to age/skill level
